The Executive Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey is elected by the membership. The Executive Committee is authorized to carry on with the business of the Council in accordance with determinations established by the membership. During intervals between membership meetings, the Executive Committee is to act for the membership in such a way as may be to the best interest of the Council.
