Introducing the Garden State Advocacy Fund
As of June 2026, ACECNJ is establishing the Garden State Advocacy Fund to strengthen and expand our ability to advocate effectively on behalf of member firms.
This dedicated resource will support legal, policy, and strategic advocacy efforts aligned with ACECNJ’s core mission: advancing and protecting the business interests of New Jersey’s engineering community.
In today’s environment, effective advocacy requires sustained capacity—legal readiness, policy development, and the ability to act quickly and decisively when issues arise. The Garden State Advocacy Fund ensures ACECNJ is positioned to lead on the issues that matter most to our members.
The Fund will support:
- Strategic legal engagement, including litigation support and defense of industry interests
- Legislative and regulatory advocacy campaigns at the state level
- Economic, policy, and impact studies to strengthen advocacy positions
- Coalition-building and targeted issue advocacy initiatives
- Rapid-response efforts to address emerging legislative, legal, or regulatory challenges affecting member firms
Participation
A contribution to the Garden State Advocacy Fund has been included on each member firm’s annual dues invoice. Support is strongly encouraged to ensure ACECNJ has the resources necessary to advance and defend the interests of our industry.
