Class of 2020 – Dan Horner

Daniel J. Horner, P.E. is a Civil/Highway Engineering Department Manager with Gannett Fleming Inc. He serves as a Senior Project Manager and provides oversight to the highway design unit. Dan has a wide range of experience incorporating challenging Maintenance and Protection of Traffic, Construction Staging, and Accelerated Bridge Construction concepts into various transportation projects. From his home office in Marlton, New Jersey, Dan has acquired 20 years of experience managing transportation and rehabilitation projects of various sizes. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and is an active member in ASHE, ASCE, and was a founding committee member for ACEC’s Young Professional Committee.
Outside of his profession, Dan enjoys many activities with his wife and two children. Dan coaches his son’s travel soccer team. Some personal hobbies include gardening and spending time with other classic car enthusiast.
