ICE has grown to more than 500 employees since its inception in 2005 which includes more than 140 Licensed Professionals (PE, RLS, PG, AIA & RLA), numerous Civil Engineering Graduates who are certified engineers-in-training, Utility Coordination Managers, fully equipped surveying crews, a construction management and inspection division of more than 250, and numerous CADD Technicians and support personnel.
